Logging

Log a set in two taps

Weight, reps and RIR are already filled in from the last time you did this lift — tap the check and it is banked. The keypad is built for the job, with plate-sized steps instead of a decimal point, and it tells you what to hang on the bar per side.

The Wogger workout screen mid-session: Squat day at 24 minutes, three sets of Barbell Back Squat ticked off at 100 kg, set four pre-filled with 100 kg for 7 reps at 1 RIR, and the weight keypad open showing a per-side plate breakdown of 25 plus 15.
Volume

Know if each muscle got enough

Hard sets per muscle for the week, drawn against your own minimum, adaptive and maximum landmarks. Lime means you are in range, amber means you are short — legible in the two seconds you have between sets. This week is free; tuning the landmarks and reading past weeks are Pro.

The weekly volume screen for 27 July to 2 August: 70 hard sets, 44,000 kg of tonnage across 4 sessions, with Chest at 10 sets and Back at 13 marked in range in lime, and Side Delts, Rear Delts, Front Delts and Triceps marked below MEV in amber.
Rest

Rest runs itself

The timer starts when you tick a set, not when you remember to start it. It names the set you are walking back to, takes fifteen seconds off or adds them, and gets out of the way the moment you are ready.

The full-screen rest timer: a lime ring counting down from 2:28, labelled Resting, with the next set named underneath as Barbell Back Squat set 4 at 100 kg for 7 reps, and controls for minus fifteen seconds, pause, plus fifteen seconds and skip rest.
Real captures. No mockups.

The rest of the app, exactly as it ships.

Every screen below is a frame off a running build, not a render. Drag to look through them.

The Today tab: a greeting, a week strip with Saturday selected, and a Squat day card listing four exercises and fourteen planned sets above a Start workout button.
Today, with one thing to do
The History screen, grouped by month, with each session showing its duration, tonnage and set count, and PR badges on the sessions that set records.
Every session, searchable
A finished session summary for Lower A: time, volume, sets and PR count across the top, a New Records card listing three estimated one-rep-max records, hard sets by muscle, and every set logged.
Records, the moment you finish
The Barbell Bench Press detail screen: best estimated 1RM, session and set counts, an estimated one-rep-max chart over 27 training days, a volume-per-session sparkline, and the best set at each rep count.
One lift, all the way back
The plate calculator sheet showing 82.5 kg on a 20 kg bar, drawn as a loaded barbell, with the per-side breakdown reading 25 plus 5 plus 1.25.
Plate maths, per side
The Train tab on the Programs segment, listing the built-in blocks: Dumbbell Only, Full Body, Push Pull Legs, Strength Base and Upper / Lower, each with its days per week and block length.
Five blocks, ready to run
A monthly wrapped slide reporting 22 new estimated-1RM records, with the top three listed underneath.

Not a mockup. A build that logs real sessions.

All six are in the build you would get today. What is not built yet is in the roadmap underneath, named — saying so now is cheaper than you finding out in a squat rack.

LoggingIn the build

Two taps a set

Every field arrives pre-filled from your last session. A purpose-built keypad instead of the system keyboard, a rest timer that starts itself, and a PR flagged the moment you beat your estimated max.

OfflineIn the build

Local-first storage

Sets write to the database on your phone the instant you tap the check. There is no network call anywhere in the logging path, so there is no state where the app waits to accept a rep.

VolumeIn the build

Hard sets, counted

Sets per muscle per week against your own landmarks, colour-coded so you can read them mid-session. This week is free. Tuning those landmarks, reading past weeks and following the strength curve are what Wogger Pro sells.

PlanningIn the build

Routines you build

Create routines, set targets and rest per exercise, pair lifts into supersets, and add your own movements when the library does not have one.

ProgramsIn the build

Five blocks, built in

Upper/Lower, Push Pull Legs, Strength Base, Full Body and a dumbbell-only block. Adding one drops its routines straight into your list, where you can edit them like anything else.

Your dataIn the build

Yours to take

CSV or JSON export from Profile, one row per set. Import reads CSV exports from other loggers and maps the columns once. The file is read on your phone; nothing is uploaded.

Roadmap

Where we actually are

The last two are not built. No dates either, because dates move and we would only have to move them — the waitlist email is where a change gets explained, with the reason.

Questions

Before you sign up

Anything else and the answer comes from one of the two people who wrote the code.

Yes. Every set is written to the phone the moment you tap the check, and nothing in the logging path waits on a network. You can log an entire session in airplane mode and it will be identical when you resurface.
