Terms of Use

By downloading or using Wogger, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

On iOS, Wogger is licensed under Apple’s standard Terms of Use (EULA). These terms supplement it; if the two disagree about an App Store purchase, Apple’s terms take precedence.

Lantean Tech grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Wogger on devices you own. You agree not to reverse engineer the app, resell it, or use it to break the law.

Wogger is free to use. Wogger Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks the analysis features described in the app. Logging, your full history, routines, the rest timer, the plate calculator, import and export are not part of it and never expire.

You pay Apple or Google, not us. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms, and are charged to the account you are signed in with.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown before you buy, until you cancel. If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged at the end of it unless you cancel first. Cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the current period expires. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. We cannot issue them, and cannot see your payment details. Contact Apple or Google directly.

Prices vary by region and can change. Where a change affects an existing subscription, the store notifies you in advance and asks you to agree before it takes effect. If you cancel or a payment fails, the free app keeps working and none of your data is removed or locked.

Tapping Restore purchases in the app re-links a purchase to a new install on the same store account. Because Wogger has no accounts of its own, that is how a purchase moves to a new device — it follows the store account, not a login.

Wogger records the training you tell it about. It does not assess your health, does not prescribe programmes, and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a qualified coach. Training carries risk of injury; you train at your own risk.

Your workout data is stored on your device and is yours. Keeping backups is your responsibility — we cannot recover data from a lost or reset device. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Wogger at any time. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Lantean Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including injury, lost data or lost progress.
